Just a bit more

A striking feature of overweight people, at least some of them, is that there's nothing at all they can do about it. Here's why:

  • There is no single bite of food that causes anyone to be overweight. All eating however is eating single bites of food. So nobody ever does anything that causes him to be overweight.
  • Some overweight has a genetic aspect. Some people need very little food to maintain a normal weight, and are constantly hungry if that's all they eat. Any overweight person can say he is that kind of person. Who's to say he's wrong?
